Expect ripe berry up front, a hint of spice through the middle and a bittersweet chocolate finish that lingers, the kind of layered, moreish flavour that works beautifully in milk based drinks and holds its own as a straight black. It is built to be a consistent crowd pleaser, equally at home powering the morning espresso rush in a cafe or brewing up something special on the home machine. As a seasonal blend, the origins inside Collider are refreshed with each new harvest and always balanced to the same signature taste profile, so every bag delivers that familiar berry and chocolate character. Current origins featured in the blend include Ethiopia Keffa Natural, Brazil Mogiana and Papua New Guinea Eastern Highlands, with the naturally processed Ethiopian Keffa lot bringing much of that juicy, sweet berry sweetness to the party. Roasted in Sydney by Single O, a certified B Corp with a strong focus on sustainability and long term grower relationships.
